Burger King in Gelsenkirchen

During Corona, my wife and I wanted to sweeten the children's time with some fast food and chose drive-in. It went very quickly despite the large order. Everything was there and still warm after a 5 minute drive to home. We are happy to take up the offer to eat again at BK during the pandemic.

Despite CORONA, you get something delicious to eat here. Even if at some times the drive - Inn is very full.

The women at the drive in were very nice, but the other women who saw from my car either didn't wear a mask or the mask was only half so that the nose was completely free, so at these times I think it's absolutely anti-social

The store itself is great and the drive in is progressing quickly, but you should always check the order afterwards because things are forgotten every now and then.

Due to Corona, it was not possible to eat inside the restaurant. It was good ... that you only had to share the voucher number online through the drive in counter.

Absolutely bad Burger King restaurant, like every BK restaurant from Schloss Burger GmbH. We tried it a few times, from 5 visits NOT ONE order was correctly packed. Something was always missing or the wrong items were packed. Finally, we gave the restaurant another chance, which was consistently hit the wall again. We ordered there on a Tuesday around 1 p.m., the delivery time stated was 80 minutes. In fact, the meal came at 6 p.m. 5 hours after ordering, 3.5 hours later than stated. A French fries was missing, a Rebel Whopper and nuggets. 3 parts of the order. No one can be reached by phone. On-site employees seem clearly overworked, so I wouldn't be happy to blame it here. Same picture here as in another Schloss Burger GmbH restaurant in the area. In my opinion, the franchisee should have his license withdrawn under these circumstances.

Friendly and clean, you can use the toilet even without ordering. It cannot be taken for granted. thanks

Once again forgetting to pack goods (two burgers + fries) in the bag. Unable to pack an order completely. Will never get something to eat there again. There is one star for friendliness.

I ordered via "delivery service" and have been waiting for my food for about 2 hours. It's amazing what you can afford here. Never again! And when the food arrived there was no sauce with the fries. And on the burger I didn't want to be a beacon and lo and behold, it's with a beacon.

Best FRESH Whooper I've ever eaten to this day. The tomatoes and the lettuce were very freshly prepared and immediately noticed as they were crunchy when eaten. Really top performance therefore 5 ++ ⭐

It's clean and spacious. The staff are nice and I never had to wait more than ten minutes for my meal. The quality of the food is what you would expect in a fast food restaurant. For years my favorite point of contact during the lunch break. The toilets are clean but not well equipped.

Allegedly new chillie cheese lover with more flavor and spiciness, with chicken instead of beef, was a joke. Firstly, the piece of chicken was half the size of the bread roll, and that for € 5.75 for a burger, and secondly, the taste was laffer than real chillie cheese, so total fooling around, and so full of fresh onions that you had stomach cramps afterwards got. So with the supposedly spicier, tastier burgers, they brought a super rip-off on their offers, for the price I get almost 6 double chillie cheese burgers with a coupon, ABSOLUTE USER! And that with the unfriendly staff and the stomach cramps, or diarrhea after the orders, I can only confirm. Likewise the long waiting time, although the store is empty, it's called fast food, the staff doesn't seem to understand the point of your concept, especially the lack of hygiene in the branch is a no go !!!!!

In the last 12 months (on average ordered online twice a month) EVERY time wrong or incomplete delivery was received. And usually, the food is cold! Yes, that's the rule there !! The longest waiting time was 135 minutes !!!! A total disaster !! This BurgerKing is the epitome of the downward spiral of incompetence !! Demolish and prepare a parking space, there is no other option! Because if the operator / boss is not even some kind of training, role model or specialist, how should the employees learn? 12 months are more than enough for us to form a judgment and our judgment is: NEVER again !! And we propose to close this BurgerKing !!

I've been buying food there for years and lately it's not what it used to be. You often get stomach ache after eating. And the sight is not appetizing either.

So far everything is okay, the audience in the area leaves a lot to be desired. But the staff can't do anything about it. The burgers are fresh and warm, so everything is okay. In the meantime, the shop is again taking part in coupon campaigns, which were once out of the question.
